  1. Your pain is not your identity

  2. Things don’t happen the way you planned it. Expect the unexpected and trust the process.

  3. You need a partner that is willing to grow with you and put in the work. You can't be the only one trying.

  4. Someone that truly cares about you will value your boundaries and treat you with respect.

  5. Don’t let fear stop you, but do calculate the risks.

  6. Take responsibility for your actions, when you know better try to do better.

  7. Your mindset is one of the keys to happiness. It takes as much energy being your biggest critic as it does to be self-compassionate. Only one will keep you miserable.

  8. Don’t compromise your needs. You shouldn't have to abandon yourself in order to keep a relationship.

  9. You will rarely communicate perfectly, but do your best. Be kind.

  10. Gratitude makes life a little bit brighter.

  11. Take care of your mental health every single day. Without our minds, we lose our hope.

  12. Emotions are not dangerous, it is our reactions to them that can be reckless.

  13. Most of your expectations won't match reality (stop looking for perfection).

  14. Your thoughts are not facts.

  15. Your feelings are valid and it doesn't mean it's 100% accurate to the situation.

  16. Speak your truth, be authentic. People judge no matter what we do, might as well live a life you're proud of.

  17. Trust actions over words, but don't try to read in between the lines. If they don't know what they want, it's not your job to figure it out for them.

  18. Unless it's trauma, it’s rarely as bad as you think. 5-10 years from now it probably won't matter as much.

  19. Surround yourself with people who support and inspire you, who sees the best in you and still keeps you accountable.

  20. We are never done healing. It's a lifelong process.

  21. Don’t let resentment build up, it will destroy your relationships.

  22. Don’t lose your time waiting for the next big thing, now is all you have. Celebrate the little victories.

  23. Life is as good as you make it to be. You can accept the situation or change it, choose wisely.

  24. Rejection is redirection. It doesn't mean giving up on your dreams and goals completely, but it might look different than what you had in mind.

  25. What you focus on, you will find. Where attention goes, energy flows.

  26. What you seek is also seeking you, keep putting in the effort. Luck is a mix of opportunities and preparation.

  27. The lesson will keep repeating itself until you learn it.

  28. You have the answers within you and the solutions are often more simple than you think.

  29. Your unconscious beliefs holds all your power. What we don't heal, holds us back.

  30. What you resist, will persist. Suffering comes from our resistance to the pain. When we give it space, it becomes easier to let it go.
